2、 Working principle of CXM series ultrafine grinding:

The CXM series pulverizer belongs to the dry pulverization method, which integrates impact, extrusion, and grinding. It has high pulverization efficiency (twice that of ball mills and three times that of impact mills) and produces fine products (up to d97=5-3 μ m). It is the latest generation of high-efficiency pulverizers at home and abroad. Its application will elevate the powder processing industry to a higher level.

The main structural feature of this machine is the use of a curved crushing pair composed of multiple layers of grinding rings and rollers. During the crushing process, there is not only a collision process but also a strong squeezing and grinding process, which is a key and necessary step in achieving efficient and ultrafine powder grinding in dry processes.
